Oh what to blog...

I keep battling with this struggle of wanting to blog, but not having anything to blog about. In an attempt to get back into it...here is an update on what is going on with me and the lil monster.

Things I like right now...

- Starbuck's Evolution Juice...sweet greens with lemon is my favorite and I try to have it every week day morning. I also have essential vegetables in the afternoon. Best place (cheapest) is Safeway.
- Living in Downtown Seattle. I have been living here since September and am in Heaven. I love all of the activity and being able to walk to everything. The only thing I am missing is a good grocery store that I can walk to. Although our place is amazing with a great deck with a fabulous view of the water and the stadiums.
- Hot yoga...I try to do it at least four times a week, although I have fallen off track a bit given all my traveling for work.  I love the relaxation and how I feel afterwards, also the flexibility and core work is amazing.
- Blue Print Cleanse (over priced...but just feels so good)
- Indoor Soccer...I currently play for a team in Arlington, but think I need to find a new one closer...although will probably stay in Arlington because I like all of the people so much and the quality time with Sanna
- Imagery Winery - The only winery that I am a member of. We went down there over the spring to see them again and I was planning to cancel my membership, but ended up buying almost two cases and deciding that it is a guilty pleasure that I will just continue to enjoy. I love every wine I have there and I love the art work (Gabby loved it too!) Imagery's Website

Things we did this weekend...
- Cleaned house...let's just say that saying our place needed to be vacuumed would be an understatement. Gabby and I spent all day Sunday cleaning/vacuuming.
- Made Chili - found  a fun turkey chili recipe online and made it for the week. Did a little tweaking because  I wanted to use my spices...it came out okay.
- Made Curried Lentils - using the recipe from our cooking class at Pan Africa in Pike Place, I made curried lentils...a lil too spicy because I used hot curry, but pretty good.
- Saturday night we went out and checked out Melarouge. A co-worker of mine is in the group and I had been wanting to check them out for a bit. It was a great show and I can't wait to see them again.  Melarouge on Facebook

Hope to be better about this. I will post later about some of the other stuff we have been doing this year.
